About me

I worked for many years managing mental health and learning disability services in the voluntary sector, alongside my part time therapy practice. In 2012 I set up Willow Therapies and work out of my busy practice in South Belfast and online via Zoom.

I currently provide complementary therapies for the Wave Trauma Centre and have worked as a sessional trainer for a range of organisations including Aware NI, Mindwise, Action Mental Health, Cause and Macmillan Cancer.

I also work with companies who support people to remain in, or return to work following periods of ill health or stress.

I hold a Diploma in Clinic Hypnotherapy and a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) as well as the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma which is considered by many to be the gold standard in hypnotherapy training. My Solution Focused Hypnotherapy training was with the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) school, one of the leading hypnotherapy training schools in the UK.

I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy,  the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.   I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
