I work with individuals to help them identify the source of their stress and together with we can develop an individualised action plan to help manage and reduce the impact of stress in their life. A range of techniques appropriate to each individual can be utilised – relaxation and breathing exercises, meditation, mindfulness and complementary therapies.
I also provide half and full day stress awareness workshops which can be tailored to meet the needs of the group or organisation. Onsite taster sessions of Reflexology and Seated Massage can also be provided.
I offer individual Stress Awareness sessions in Belfast on Mondays at Harmony Holistic Healing in Belfast and by appointment at my home clinic Willow Therapies in Randalstown.
1-hour session £45 Belfast and £40 Randalstown.
